You can earn points by signing up for our program, placing orders, following us on Instagram and TikTok, signing up for our newsletters, and celebrating your membership anniversary. Each activity has different point values.
Here are the points you can earn: Sign up - 30 points, Place an order - 10 points per $100 spent, Follow us on Instagram - 10 points, Follow us on TikTok - 10 points, Sign up for newsletters - 20 points, Member anniversary - 100 points.
You can redeem your points for discounts on your purchases. For example, you can redeem 100 points for a $5 discount or 200 points for a $10 discount.
No, your points do not expire. They are permanent and can be used at any time.
You can refer a friend by sharing your referral link via WhatsApp, Facebook, or email. When your friend makes a purchase, both you and your friend will earn rewards.
Some activities have lifetime limits. For example, signing up for newsletters can only be rewarded once per lifetime. However, placing orders will earn you points continuously based on your spending.
Currently, we do not offer point refunds for returned products.
