2. Buying & Shipping

Final Prices: Prices can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • No Price Matching: We do not price match other stores or apply promo codes after an order is placed.
  • Order Changes: We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders (e.g., if we suspect a reseller or a scammer).
  • Your Info: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and payment info so we can get your order to you.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Strict Rules: We cannot accept returns on:
    • Opened, used, or unsealed vaping products.
    • Consumable items.
    • Damaged items.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Safety & Risk (Important!)

  • Vaping Risks: By using our products, you acknowledge that nicotine is highly addictive and that vaping hardware (like Lithium-ion batteries) carries risks of fire, injury, or even death if mishandled.
  • Keep Away from Kids: Liquid nicotine is toxic. Keep it stored safely away from children and pets.
  • Health: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have health issues, consult a doctor first. Use these products at your own risk.

5. Legal Liability

  • Release: By shopping with us, you agree not to hold Breeze (or our employees/partners) liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our products or site.
  • Governing Law: Any legal disputes will be handled under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
